According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics’ (BLS), the field of medical records and health information technicians (which includes medical billers and coders) is expected to increase 15 percent by 2024. The BLS predicts this industry will grow faster on average than all other occupations, with an expected increase of about 29,000 employees by 2024.

Doing our part to meet this anticipated industry demand; Phlebotomy Career Training is now offering our Adult Medical Billing and Coding with Electronic Health Records Program. This course is a 300-clock-hour training program for those who are seeking employment in the health information management field.
